On 21.04.2022, another PhD workshop was organized. This time, Dr. Stefan Krämer from Bayer AG was invited to provide insights into the topic "Time Management from a Manager's Perspective".
After a short introduction to his career path and to Bayer as a company, time management as a success factor was explored by the group. Dealing with time and deadline pressure, personal emotions and multitasking were discussed. Stefan Krämer explained how he structures his daily work routine and which tools and methods he uses. His presentation led to a number of further questions, covering topics such as work-life-balance, prioritization, and concentration. The PhD students rated the workshop as extremely helpful and thanked Stefan Krämer for his great advice.
